Introduction and basic training days for user research for government services

We run introduction and basic training days every month in London.

The introduction and training days are open to anyone working on services for central government. There’s no cost.

The introduction day is aimed at anyone looking to understand how user research fits into designing and delivering government services.

The basic training day teaches key techniques so attendees can join in user research activities and be good ‘research buddies’.

Most people attend both days, but experienced user researchers who are new to government may attend just the introduction day.

Note that GDS are moving to new offices in Aldgate. We expect that the introduction and basic training days will move to the new offices from July. We'll confirm the locations as soon as we can.
