We run introduction and basic training days every month in London.
The introduction and basic training days are open to anyone working on services for central government. There’s no cost.
Over the two days we explain how user research fits into designing, building and running government services. And we teach key techniques so attendees can join in user research activities and be good ‘research buddies’.
